Law is the supreme power all around the world but only few people know about law but many people get to know about the law when they either buy a property or give lease to someone or when they are making investment of their life which they further want to be fruitful in future. These investments are what a person cultivates all his life and at the time of disposal on timeshare one need to know all legal rights regarding the timeshare so that their future is secure and safe and for this secure future they work very hard by understanding point to point about the rights and its knowing.

These understandings are made keeping in mind that there absence of knowledge in this subject and inadequate information can further lead to a scam which can ruin their lifetime hard work. Understanding of plan - Timeshare has broadly classified itself into two main plans and these are as follow:

Deeded timeshare - in this timeshare the buyer own the timeshare for specific years or you can say get a deed for any number of years. The property is inherited for that many years by the person and its family. In this the ownership of deed is given to the person which can further be given to his family.

License timeshare - in this the person get a license similarly as deed but don’t receive the ownership of the deed. It’s like a license which has a lease period for specific time and cannot be inherited.

Timeshare Company plays very smartly or one can say employ different tactics like offering tempting present to the people by getting their attention but its nothing just a ploy to fool these people. The guest attracted by the special offers are called at the presentation where they are shown property which are either in development stage or is soon going to be constructed. And then these companies don’t leave the person until they take the deed or book property.

Timeshare company have different rues in different places at some places they have cool off periods whereas at some they don’t, cool off periods is that period in which the deal can be cancelled within 2 weeks. All these things are mentioned on the timeshare forum so that the person is not duped.
